Two travel agents in Blackpool have linked together to expand their range of getaways.
The two agents, Co-op Travel and Bourne Travel have joined forces with Taylor Woodrow, the homebuilding company to market exclusive, new-build properties in Spain.
Both agencies will be able to give advice and information to customers about Taylor Woodrow de España properties in Costa Blanca, Mallorca and Costa del Sol. Customers can find out about the developments, where they are located, the surrounding areas and how to buy a property abroad.
Ruth Evans, commercial development manager at Co-op Travel and Bourne Travel said, "Owning a property in Spain is becoming increasingly popular as more people want to buy their own place in the sun.
"Recent estimates suggest two million people in the UK own homes abroad.
"Helping people to find properties abroad, is a natural step forward for us and our partnership with Taylor Woodrow ensures we can have complete confidence in the quality of the properties we offer."
