Dubai-based luxury international hospitality management group, Jumeirah, has been named Best Leisure Hotel Chain at the 2008 Travel Weekly Globe Awards ceremony.

The award adds to the luxury groups growing collection of prestigious accolades and is already their fifth of 2008.
The Jumeirah Group was recently named 'Best Middle Eastern Hotel Chain' and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel received the 'Best Hotel in the Middle East' award from Business Traveller (Germany), while the American magazine Global Traveler voted Jumeirah 'Best Hotel Chain in the Middle East' for the second consecutive year.
The British Association of Hospitality Accountants (BAHA) also awarded Jumeirah with the title of 'Corporate Employer of the Year 2007' earlier in the month.
