UK holiday centre Center Parcs has been named Britain’s number one holiday source for the fifth year in a row.
The renowned UK holiday resort scooped the ‘Best UK Holiday Provider ’ award at the prestigious Tommy's Parent Friendly Awards 2008, held at the luxury Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hyde Park, London .
With four UK holiday locations, Center Parcs caters to parents with young children looking for either a short family holiday full of exciting activities or a short relaxation break with friends and family.
Set in over 400 acres of woodland forest, guests at each resort are able to enjoy a traffic-free environment (cars are banned at the centre) and enjoy nature at its finest. Visitors can walk or cycle and there are special child bicycle seats and trailers available for parents with young kids/toddlers.
In its thirteenth year, the Tommy's Parent Friendly Awards' gives recognition to companies that take parents' needs into consideration and help to make their lives less stressful.
The awards are voted by parents, for parents, and aim to raise awareness of the needs of parents, parents to be and families.
