Travellers searching for cruise holidays are set to be boosted by the launch of a new and independent cruise website .
The new online travel portal, set to go live this week, will provide a base for cruise operators to attract potential passengers and will also offer general advice, information and reviews about cruise holidays .
Other great features of the Best Cruise Deal site will include a weekly email for subscribers which will contain the current top 12 cruise holiday deals .
Paul Frost, founder of the website, explained: "The site will lead qualified, interested customers directly to the cruise lines, operators and specialist retailers, and just a couple of bookings a month will cover the cost."
He added that the portal's "independence and integrity" are key aspects to its potential success.
Meanwhile, a report by the Daily Telegraph has advised holidaymakers searching for cruise breaks to try and opt for package deals as they can offer greater levels of financial security than a DIY alternative.
