American Airlines has launched a new offline promotion for pre-Easter travel to the US .
The airline said the offer demonstrates its support for UK travel agents as it is only available through travel agents or its reservations call centre on 020 7365 0777.
The promotion provides passengers with a complimentary one-way upgrade from Business to First Class and is available to customers booking and completing travel to select US destinations from Heathrow on eligible business class fares by April 1.
The upgrade is subject to availability on either the inbound or outbound sector of valid itineraries and customers must request 'business class to first class one-way upgrade offer' at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be made online.
In addition, passengers can also earn up to 100,000 AAdvantage Frequent Flyer bonus miles when flying at least two return trips on qualifying fares between Heathrow, Manchester or Dublin and the US by March 31. The offer is open to passengers travelling in all classes.
