Thomas Cook World Cup Packages For England Group Games No Longer Available

Thomas Cook Sport has announced it has sold all of its 2010 FIFA World Cup travel packages for England’s group games.

The travel operator’s group game packages included official tickets to England’s first three matches against the USA in Rustenburg on June 12, Algeria in Cape Town on June 18 and Slovenia in Port Elizabeth on the 23rd June.

The company is now only offering tickets and packages for the knock-out stages of the world’s biggest sporting event, which kicks off next Friday (June11) in Johannesburg .

Danny Talbot, managing director of Thomas Cook Sport, said: "Despite what you may have read, demand from England fans to follow the team has been fantastic, and we’ve sold out of many packages more than once as we have obtained more tickets."

"Once again, England look set to be one of the best supported teams at the World Cup, with fans rising to the challenge of supporting the team at stadium spread around this vast country."
